Sofitel Adelaide

Sofitel is a part of the Accor group, which is one of the world’s premier hotel and resort providers.

This building is a mixed use, 32 story building, comprising of hotel, residential, dining and function spaces. As per the Accor group standards, the hotel incorporates state of the art technologies and high end finishes to ensure the guests’ stay is memorable and unique.

Trinamic Consultants provided feasibility and design and documentation of all building services and incoming statutory authority connections and the like. As with any building of this height, there are specific issues to overcome, in terms of reticulation of services, fire protection and safe egress.
